vivo v20 se best features
hey everyone vivo recently released the.
v20 series
bound to get a lot of attention not everyone needs a flagship and not everyone wants to pay the price for it so if you decide to get the more mid-range v20 what exactly will you be getting.at first glance the vivo v20 doesn't
really stand out in terms of design aside from its colors you can get it in the musically named sunset melody moonlight sonata or midnight jazz colors we have the bluish midnight version of he phone it's gorgeous and it goes from dark grey to silver and it turns blue when the light hits it in the hand it's a surprisingly light 170 grams and it's quite thin and compact for a 2020 smartphone it's made of glass on the front and back and has an aluminum frame the back is completely flat and there is no rounding going towards the edges the frame is rounded nicely in general it's a comfortable phone for one-handed
use and will be a pocketable device for many the camera bump sticks out so if you put it on a flat surface you'll notice that it wobbles but not way too much turn it to the front and the thicker bezels will give away its mid-range nature and there is a small notch with a selfie camera at the top of the phone that said while the 6.4 inch display isn't very large for today's standards it is an amoled with a good pixel density of 109 ppi like the back the screen is completely flat so it'll be a good choice for those that aren't fans of curves we also noticed that it's unusually reflective and it's not very bright so it might be challenging to use on sunny days since it's an amoled vivo has included an optical under display fingerprint reader which is reasonably fast and doesn't require you to apply any pressure from your finger despite the pre-applied screen protector it's positioned a bit too low to be entirely comfortable but it doesn't require too much of a stretch one thing the v20 has that the pro doesn't is a headphone jack unfortunately like the pro there's no stereo speaker setup here the v20 comes with 128 gigabytes of base storage but it also has a micro sd slot should you need it if nfc is of particular concern to you you should know that while our unit doesn't have it it is market dependent so you should check out the units in your area to be sure whether it's supported or not unlike the pro version the v20 has asnapdragon 720g chipset the 720g should handle most games and day-to-day tasks easily and it's more power efficient than the flagship chipset in the pro
since the phone is more compact it has a 4000 milliamp hour battery which is pretty average however with the chipset it might end up having better battery life than the v20 pro you also get the same 33 watt vivo flash charger as on the pro so charging should be a breeze the v20 comes with the freshly released android 11 and front touch os 11 on top the software is very stock looking so you won't find yourself overwhelmed by clutter there aren't a lot of options for customizations though so you might want to download a third-party launcher if you don't like vivo's quick step launcher look you will find a few pre-loaded vivo apps like the gallery the fm radio and the eye manager to name a few there's also an ultra game mode with a game sidebar if you're a regular gamer android 11 has some nice new features like better messaging support and the ability to respond to people from multiple messaging apps in one spot capturing and sharing content is much easier and you can check your notification history if you've swiped away something hastily the v20 has a triple camera setup there's a 64 megapixel main camera an 8 megapixel ultrawide snapper and a depth sensor there's no telephoto here but there is digital two-time zoom if you need it the first few photos we took with the main camera came out nicely so we're expecting good overall performance the first few shots with the ultrawide seem to match the color output from the main camera so we're expecting good things there too the phone can shoot 4k in 60 fps and footage is stabilized with gyro eis the 44 megapixel selfie camera has auto focus and optional eye tracking and thus far we really like the results you can even record 4k videos at 30fps with the front camera which isn't something most phones have these days the vivo v20 is shaping up to be a very promising mid-ranger and in terms of popularity it actually might end up outshining the pro sure the screen is a little small in comparison to some competitors but the launch price is good and the rest of the features are promising naturally we'll need to do some more in-depth testing to have a more accurate assessment of this phone so if you're interested in it stay tuned *stay safe*
